Lena Chapman MA LPC

Lena Chapman is the best. She is a competent therapist and a great human being. She is a great listener, easy to talk to, authentic and reliable. Lena believes in people and genuinely enjoys helping others. She has great interpersonal skills and always communicates in a language that others can understand and relate to whether they are children, teens, or adults and regardless of gender. Her warm and authentic approach feels more like she is a partner in your well-being rather than someone trying to do therapy on you. Lena is very observant and helps you identify and understand patterns and symptoms then works with you to create a reasonable plan of action. I love that as personable as she is she is not afraid of conflict and challenge in order to achieve client goals.
